This year passed under the sign of the market debut of the Microinvest accounting software (Microinvest Delta Pro) and the innovative Microinvest pay roll software (Microinvest TRZ and LS Pro).
The introduction of the new products was linked with a number of initiatives taken by the company. The representatives of Microinvest together with leading lecturers, consultants and accountants visited more than 30 Bulgarian cities. Dimityr Vojnov, Kalina Zlatanova, Liliana Paneva, Nadia Kostova, Stoynaka Apostolova, Mariya Atanasova are only part of the lecturers who presented the cases and emphasizes of the current accounting themes, such as changes in tax legislation, labor legislation and others, in front of 6000 people audience.
From the beginning of 2011, Microinvest offers on the Bulgarian market CRM solution, leader in USA and Europe – Sugar CRM. This is a powerful tool which, through number of technical and program resources, allows companies to follow and manage their relationships with partners and clients. This type of systems, complement to the ERP software Mago.Net, allows Microinvest to offer powerful and flexible tools for complex solution to manage all business processes in an enterprise.
Microivest was the only software company which offered solution for every stage of the process of applying to Operative programs and implementation of contemporary information systems – from the contact with the appropriate consultant agency, through the real and individual created offers for ERP and CRM systems, to the implementation and support of the software solutions. In this way, a great number of companies received the possibility to implement modern managing systems with to 75% Europe resource finance.
During 2011, Microinvest took part in many multinational exhibitions in Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Russia, Germany and Turkey. The company demonstrated the novelties in its products to the biggest IT forum – CeBIT 2011 as well as to CeBIT Bilisim, Turkey; MaRGO magazine 2012, Kiev, Ukraine; IFFF 2011, Moscow, Russia; Health care and Pharmacy EXPO 2011, Erevan, Armenia; HoReCa and Retail Tech, Minsk, Belarus; IX Multinational Culinary Exhibition “THE WORD OF REATAURANTs & HOTELS 2011”, Moscow, Russia; HOREX 2011, Almaty, Kazakhstan; “PIR 2011”, Moscow, Russia.
In Bulgaria, the modern products of the Microinvest Pro provoked significant interest among the restaurant business on culinary forum “Koncepcii 2011” and the solution with open code Microinvest Warehouse Open was presented on Open Fest 2011.
During the past year, Microinvest organized many training programs to its partners in Bulgaria as well as in Russia, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Moldova.
On the National dealer seminar in Bankya 2011, with more than 60 partners and in over 40 cities, were discussed novelties in the product portfolio of Microinvest, marketing and trade ideas were also exchanges as well as discussed new aims and collaborative initiatives.
For second year, over 300 partners from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Moldova joined the yearly Partners conference Microinvest 2011. In three days, the company and their software solutions were presented. Leading partners shared their work experience with automation of Microinvest software solutions. The focus of the conference was the new site www.microinside.ru which only just for few months after its official start became a popular business social network, where every partner of the company could publish in its own section information about their company, share photos and exchange experience with colleagues. As a result of its hard work, the company registered increase in its sales on multinational markets – around 150%.
The partners’ training programs were followed by others, more specific, which introduced the partners of Microinvest with the work of servers and with the complex solutions for equipment of the outlets. Specialist answered the questions related to the installation, the functional possibilities and support of the corporate solutions offered by the company. As an end result, during 2011 more than 85 training programs with more than 1000 partners were organized.
During the past year, Microinvest conducted a number of campaigns, such as ‘The summer continuous’, ‘Bring a friend’ and ‘Back acquisition’, which provoke significant interest.
As a respond to the current theme, related to the replacement of cash registers and their connection with the National Revenue Agency, Microinvest started a campaign ‘Accessible cash register’ which allowed a great number of companies to participate and decrease the financial burden of the new provision and to get new fiscal device with discounts and free bonuses.
And during 2011, Microinvest continued its initiative to gift software products for educational purposes to schools and universities. During this year, 11 educational institutions train their students with the modern software programs of Microinvest. The donated software systems for 2011 amounted 235 615 lv. The young specialists shared that the programs are pleasant for work, have intuitive menu and modern interface. The new friends of Microinvest from the ‘Economic University, Varna; High School, Veliko Turnovo; Professional High School, Popovo were prepared special grateful letters and photos. All they were pleased of the training programs with the company’s products.
As part of the Microinvest corporate culture, which encourages the development of the young people and the business in Bulgaria, the software company offered an internship program. The programs allowed the participants to work with the latest technologies in the IT sphere. Microinvest also took part in different career forums – “Days of the career”, 2011, 18th AUBG “Job & Internship Fair” and others.
The year was full of many new clients from different spheres, new Facebook friends, a great number of promotional offers and packages as well as many articles and publications in online and print media.
During 2012, Microinvest will continue to work with the same enthusiasm and commitment in order to offer the company’s partners and clients better products and services which are true assistant in the everyday activities.
